Yeah, that really sucks.īecause of this, I started looking around the Apple App Store for an iOS app that would allow for me to make a digital sticky note. What do I or you do when we dismiss the reminder while in the middle of something else? Well, we just forget the task that needed to be completed and if you’re like me, you are just about to fall asleep when WHAM! you remember that task. I mean, how many trees have been cut down over the years to remind you to pick up milk? The problem for me is that old Post It notes clutter up a clean desktop in seconds and for the most part, they are just a waste of trees. Heck, I have a pad of sticky notes on my desk just in case I need to remind others in the house of something on special occasions when remembering is a must. Now we take a look back at the past and remember the times of the yellow Post It notes stuck all over the place. This has happened to me and I’m sure it’s happened to many of you. You have something important that needs to get done so you add it to your reminders list to only dismiss it when the notification pops up at an inconvenient time. It brings the old days of the sticky note to the present without the mess.
If you are good at using it, it's a viable choice in most scenarios and can absolutely destroy especially in 1v1s.Let me introduce you to Quicky Sticky for iOS by Parker Barrile. It plays differently than stock does, so you need to be good at using it. In short, the quickiebomb is a true sidegrade.

In the right hands you could almost run it full time although it does play a bit different than stock and is by no means a straight upgrade. I see it a bit like the soda popper for scout not quite as reliable as stock due to the lower clip size and a bit worse in teamfights but just amazing in 1v1 scenarios.
If the demo is using quickie and he is good at using it, it can be borderline impossible to beat him in a 1v1 (especially MGE because you start eating quickies the moment you spawn). It's a bit harder to use effectively than stock because of the unforgiving -50% clip size penalty, but I have seen people absolutely shred with this thing even in competitive. Stock is obviously the most reliable choice as per usual but quickie is definitely underrated and surprisingly viable in the right hands. Quickie plays very well when you're playing Defensively or annoying Snipers. TL:DR - While Quickie is definitely underrated, Stock is going to get more consistent results and works better Offensively. May be scummy to some, but its entirely up to you. You dont need to fully charge every sticky, but try to when you get the chance (Quickie also counters Snipers pretty well if you're good with them!).īooties with Quickie are very comfortable if you're willing to sticky spam without pipes.
They do more damage the longer they're charged for so even pre "full charging" a sticky, then firing it wether on the ground, on a wall, or air bursting it across the map. You should also fully charge your stickies if you're using them as traps. I like to call Quickie "Diet Soldier" as its sorta similar with its playstyle and the ammo clip/reserve are shared with him as well. Anyone who gets close to you (other then a smart Scout who can outmaneuver you) will explode as long as you back up and put stickies on the ground > then det. Its insanely good at defensive play as it completely denies anyone getting close to you. However, Quickiebomb launcher is very underrated. Stock is obviously better with the clip size alone, and gives the most damage output and matches perfectly with pipes.
